Common use of Credit Card Authorization Clause in Contracts

Credit Card Authorization. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ gives authorization to Lessor to charge against credit card provided all amounts billed for this transaction including applicable taxes, shipping and handling charges. For a rental/lease transaction, charges may be recurring and additional billing and charges will occur until such time as all Equipment and respective accessories are returned and the rental is terminated.
