Common use of Credit Card on File Clause in Contracts

Credit Card on File. RENTER agrees to provide ISLAND VIEW with a valid credit card to be kept on file. This card will be charged if damage or additional RENTER charges that are agreed upon at rental time, the purchase of additional equipment, late fees and/or other incidentals. RENTER hereby irrevocably authorizes ISLAND VIEW to charge ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s credit card on file for all the foregoing charges.
