Common use of Credit Check Authorization Clause in Contracts

Credit Check Authorization. By submitting a Registration Form or becoming a Customer, you hereby grant Global Forwarding Enterprises LLC (including any of its employees, agents, affiliates or subsidiaries) permission, on an ongoing and recurring basis, to investigate and/or check your credit. This grant includes, but is not limited to, the right to retrieve, review and assess reports from third-party sources.
