Credit Documentation. Any material provision of any Credit Document to which the Guarantor is a party shall at any time and for any reason cease to be valid and binding upon the Guarantor, except pursuant to the terms thereof, or shall be declared to be null and void, or the validity or enforceability thereof shall be contested by the Guarantor or any Governmental Authority, or the Guarantor shall deny that it has any or further liability or obligation under any Credit Document to which it is a party; or
