Credit for Amounts on Deposit. In the event the District elects or is required to prepay the Installment Payments in full under this Article IV, such that the Trust Agreement shall be discharged by its terms as a result of such prepayment, all amounts then on deposit in the Installment Payment Fund, the Construction Fund or the Reserve Fund shall be credited towards the amounts required to be so prepaid.
