Common use of Credit Guidelines and Collection Guidelines Clause in Contracts

Credit Guidelines and Collection Guidelines. (i) The Servicer will comply in all material respects with the Credit Guidelines and Collection Guidelines in regard to each Loan and Contract unless otherwise required by Applicable Law. (ii) Credit Acceptance will not agree to or otherwise permit to occur any change in the Collection Guidelines, which change would materially impair the collectibility of any Loan or Contract or otherwise materially adversely affect the interests or remedies of the Deal Agent, the Collateral Agent or the other Secured Parties under this Agreement or any other Transaction Document, without the prior written consent of the Deal Agent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed; provided that no consent shall be required for any such change required in order to comply with Applicable Law. (iii) The Servicer shall, upon at least thirty (30) days' prior written request therefor, furnish to the Deal Agent the Credit Guidelines and Collection Guidelines in effect at such time.
