Credit Limit. 3.1. CHARGES NOT TO EXCEED OVERALL CREDIT LIMIT We may set an overall credit limit in respect of each Card Account. The total charges incurred under each Card Account by the Principal Cardmember and the Supplementary Cardmember(s) when added together, must not exceed the credit limit set for each Card Account. We may, where necessary, review and revise any of your credit limits without notice. References to “credit limit” in this Clause shall include, where relevant, the various Card spending limits in respect of various modes of usage of each Card (such modes including use of Digital Payment Service(s)), as well as the aggregate Card spending limit in relation to your Cards. 3.2. CHARGES TO CARD ACCOUNT We may charge and debit the relevant Card Account (whether before or after the termination of the use of any or all Cards) the amount of each and every Card Transaction made or effected, including all Card Transactions made or effected via any Enabled Device(s), and/or where any Card has been enrolled on multiple Enabled Device(s), and in each instance, whether by you or any other person (whether with or without your knowledge or authority) and notwithstanding: a. that the balance due to us on the Card Account may as a consequence of any such charge or debit exceed the Credit Limit; and b. that the Card Transaction was effected by the use of any Card or Security Procedure of any Card after the loss or theft of that Card or disclosure of the Security Procedure in respect of that Card provided nevertheless no amount shall be debited to the Card Account in respect of any Card Transaction effected without your knowledge or authority after notice of the loss or theft of that Card or the disclosure of the Security Procedure of that Card has been given by you and received and acted upon by us. You warrant and confirm that you have obtained all requisite consents for the use of any Enabled Device(s). Unless OCBC notifies you otherwise in writing, Card Transactions made or effected via a Tokenised Card will be charged to the Card Account associated with the Card used for enrolment with the relevant Digital Payment Service via the Enabled Device and following which such Tokenised Card was issued.

Notwithstanding the aforesaid, the Cardmember shall remain and be liable for all his liabilities including but not limited to all purchases, cash advances and transactions exceeding such credit limit. In amplification and not in derogation of the aforesaid, the Bank is not duty bound in any credit limit way whatsoever to ensure that may be set or imposed, we may in our absolute discretion authorise or allow any Card Transaction even though such transaction may exceed or would as a consequence exceed the credit limit or refuse is not exceeded by the Cardmember. The Cardmember shall not be entitled under any circumstances to authorise or approve any Card Transaction even though demand that the prescribed credit limit has not been and would or the unutilized prescribed credit limit be made available by the Bank for the Cardmember’s use. The Bank shall not be exceeded if such Card Transaction had been effectedunder any obligation either at law or in equity to make or continue to make available the prescribed credit limit or the unutilised prescribed credit limit for utilisation by the Cardmember. 3.36.6. CHARGES TO CARD ACCOUNT We may charge and debit the relevant Card Account (whether before The availability or after the termination continuation of the use of prescribed credit limit extended to the Cardmember is subject to reviews which may be undertaken by the Bank from time to time or at any or all Cardstime. 6.7. The Bank may (but shall not be obliged to) at any time and from time to time contact the amount of each and every Card Transaction made or effected, including all Card Transactions made or effected via any Enabled Device(s), and/or where any Card has been enrolled on multiple Enabled Device(s), and in each instance, whether by you or any other person (whether with or without your knowledge or authority) and notwithstanding: a. that the balance due Cardmember to us validate a transaction carried out on the Card Account may as a consequence measure to prevent any possible unauthorised use of any such charge or debit exceed the Credit Limit; and b. Card. In the event that the Bank is unable to contact the Cardmember the Bank may (but shall not be obliged to) decline the transaction without liability to the Bank. In the event the Bank permits the transaction to be carried out, the Cardmember shall remain liable for the charges and/or debts incurred and/or monies withdrawn. 6.8. The Bank has the right to impose a ceiling in percentage terms on the quantum of Card Transaction was effected by Limit and the use of any Card or Security Procedure of any Card after Cardmember’s available balance which can be utilised for the loss or theft of that Card or disclosure of Cash Withdrawals. The Bank further has the Security Procedure right to vary such ceiling percentage from time to time as the Bank in respect of that Card provided nevertheless no amount its absolute discretion deems fit. 6.9. Maybank shall be debited entitled at any time at its absolute discretion and without the need to provide any reasons, to revise, vary and/or reduce the Cardmember’s Credit Limit and such change of Credit Limit takes effect immediately upon notification to the Card Account Cardmember. The Cardmember shall be deemed notified when such change of Credit Limit is reflected in respect the monthly statement of any Card Transaction effected without your knowledge or authority after notice of the loss or theft of that Card or the disclosure of the Security Procedure of that Card has been given by you and received and acted upon by us. You warrant and confirm that you have obtained all requisite consents for the use of any Enabled Device(s). Unless OCBC notifies you otherwise in writing, Card Transactions made or effected via a Tokenised Card will be charged to the Card Account associated with the Card used for enrolment with the relevant Digital Payment Service via the Enabled Device and following which such Tokenised Card was issuedaccount.

You may also have a daily limit for enrolment with Cash Advances that may be withdrawn from an automated banking machine (ABM). These limits may be adjusted from time to time by us without notice to you. Merchants may require that certain Purchases be pre- authorized. In such case, your available credit will decrease by the relevant Digital Payment Service via the Enabled Device and following which such Tokenised Card was issuedpre-authorized amount, regardless of whether you receive goods or services at that time.

Credit Limit. 3.16.1 The Bank shall conduct periodic review at regular intervals of the Card Account(s) basis your activity on USFBL Credit Card in accordance to internal policies of the Bank. If you fail to settle the Minimum Amount Due on or before the Payment Due Date, the Bank reserves the absolute right to withhold the facility on the Card Transaction was effected by the use of any Card or Security Procedure of any Card after the loss or theft of that Card or disclosure of the Security Procedure in respect of that Card provided nevertheless no amount shall be debited to till such time the Card Account is regularised. 6.4 In the event you make payment over and above the amount due as per the monthly statement, you shall not be entitled to interest on the said credit balance amount, and the same shall be adjusted against the amount due in respect of any the subsequent monthly statement. 6.5 International limit assigned on your Credit Card Transaction effected without your knowledge indicates the maximum usage limit for an overseas purchase transaction (including online) or authority after notice of the loss or theft of that Card or the disclosure of the Security Procedure of that Card has been given by you and received and acted upon by us. You warrant and confirm that you have obtained all requisite consents for the use of any Enabled Device(s). Credit Limit. 3.1The total credit limit applies to the Account, even if there is more than one Card issued on the Account. Based on the usage patterns, if any of these is suspected by the Bank, Bank may take restrictive action on the Credit Card. Such action can be with immediate effect and may include but not be limited to withdrawal of features/ benefits as a consequence well as complete termination of the Credit Card. If any such charge or debit exceed action is taken by the Bank onus will be on customer to provide satisfactory proof of bona fide usage to reinstate the Credit Limit; and b. that the Card Transaction was effected and attached features/ benefits as may be deemed fit by the use of Bank. The Issuing Bank will notify the Customer if it increase raise his/her Credit Limit by its initiative. And the Customer shall be deemed to agree on the Issuing Bank's increasing the Credit Limit from the sixth day in case of no notification from the Customer to the Issuing Bank of his/her objection to the Credit Limit increase within five days. These limits may in our absolute discretion authorise or allow any Card Transaction even though such transaction may exceed or would as a consequence exceed the credit limit or refuse be adjusted from time to authorise or approve any Card Transaction even though the credit limit has not been and would time by us without notice to you. The Additional Cardholder Spending Limit(s) will be subject to the overall Credit Limit and cash advance limit on the Business Account, so the funds available to an Additional Cardholder may be less than the Additional Cardholder Spending Limit. The Business and each Guarantor will continue to be fully liable for the Business Account. Some merchants may require that certain Purchases be pre-authorized. In such cases the Available Credit will decrease by the use pre-authorized amount, regardless of any Card whether you receive goods or Security Procedure of any Card after the loss or theft of services at that Card or disclosure of the Security Procedure in respect of that Card provided nevertheless no amount shall be debited to the Card Account in respect of any Card Transaction effected without your knowledge or authority after notice of the loss or theft of that Card or the disclosure of the Security Procedure of that Card has been given by you and received and acted upon by us. PrimeCredit may, but is not obliged to, notify me of the Security Procedure in respect of that Card provided nevertheless no amount shall be debited credit limit applicable to the Card Account from time to time. (d) PrimeCredit may in its absolute discretion decline any Card Transaction, where the value of which is in excess of the credit limit applicable to the Card Account. However, PrimeCredit also has the discretion to approve such Card Transaction without prior notice to me. In the event that the value of a Card Transaction is in excess of the credit limit in the Card Account, but the Card Transaction is approved by PrimeCredit (“Specific Card Transaction”), I shall be liable to PrimeCredit for all and any outstanding amount payable by me to PrimeCredit arising from, or in connection with, these Specific Card Transactions. This includes any Card Transaction which is not immediately processed by PrimeCredit or does not require authorization by PrimeCredit for effecting payment, including (but without limitation to) any of the following types: (i) auto debit transactions; (ii) transactions where the posting amount exceeds the amount presented for authorization caused, for example, by currency exchange rate fluctuations in respect of any Card Transaction effected without your knowledge transactions denominated in a foreign currency or authority after notice of the loss or theft of that Card surcharges levied by a merchant, PrimeCredit or the disclosure of the Security Procedure of that Card has been given by you and received and acted upon by us. You warrant and confirm that you have obtained all requisite consents for the use of relevant card associations; (iii) any Enabled Device(s). Unless OCBC notifies you otherwise in writing, mobile or contactless payment transactions; (iv) Card Transactions made or effected via a Tokenised Card will be charged approved by PrimeCredit but are not immediately posted to the Card Account; (v) stand-in authorization transactions; and (vi) transactions approved by the relevant card associations to my Card Account associated with which may result in over-the-limit transactions. I understand that PrimeCredit reserves the right to reject at any time any Specific Card Transactions under a Card Account or suspend/terminate any such related services or transactions without prior notice to me. I shall be fully liable for the Card used Transactions (including any Specific Card Transactions) regardless of whether the value of such Card Transactions is made within or in excess of my credit limit from time to time. I agree that PrimeCredit has the right to suspend and/ or terminate my Card Account because the amount of cash collateral in the Card Account is, in PrimeCredit's opinion, insufficient. (e) I agree that PrimeCredit has the discretion to, without any notice to me, reject any Card Transaction, or require extra procedures from me in order to effect or authorize a Card Transaction, regardless of whether there is sufficient cash collateral in the Card Account. As such, I understand that PrimeCredit will not be responsible or liable for enrolment with any costs, losses, liabilities, damages, claims which I may suffer or incur in respect of the relevant Digital Payment Service via the Enabled Device and following which such Tokenised Card was issuedexercise of PrimeCredit's discretion herein.
