Credit Reports You agree that we may obtain consumer credit reports from one or more credit reporting agencies or others in connection with opening or maintaining the Account, increasing the Credit Limit under the Account, or making any extension of credit to you under the Account. We may also ask you for additional information in connection with the Account and request credit reports to verify your current credit standing. You agree that we may release information to others, such as credit reporting agencies, regarding the status and history of the Account. However, we are not obligated to release any such information unless required by law.
Credit Reporting; Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (a) With respect to each Mortgage Loan, each Se▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇ully furnish, in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and its implementing regulations, accurate and complete information (e.g., favorable and unfavorable) on its borrower credit files to Equifax, Experian and TransUnion Credit Information Company (three of the credit repositories), on a monthly basis. (b) Each Servicer shall comply with Title V of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act of 1999 and all applicable regulations promulgat▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ating to the Mortgage Loans required to be serviced by it and the related borrowers and shall provide all required notices thereunder.
Credit Requirements The amount to be secured by the User from [date] is set out in the Secured Amount Statement issued from time to time and as varied from time to time in accordance with Section 2 of the CUSC.
Letter of Credit Reports Each Issuing Bank shall furnish (A) to the Agent on the first Business Day of each month a written report summarizing issuance and expiration dates of Letters of Credit issued by such Issuing Bank during the preceding month and drawings during such month under all such Letters of Credit and (B) to the Agent on the first Business Day of each calendar quarter a written report setting forth the average daily aggregate Available Amount during the preceding calendar quarter of all Letters of Credit issued by such Issuing Bank.
Credit Terms Notwithstanding Section 3.2, above, Station may grant credit terms to Advertiser, subject to Station’s completion of a satisfactory credit check. If Station has granted Advertiser credit terms, payment is due within thirty (30) days of invoice date. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Station reserves the right to revoke Advertiser’s credit in the event Station reasonably determines that Advertiser is no longer creditworthy. In such an instance, Station may require payments for future Orders or Campaigns to be on a cash-in-advance basis (and, in such an event, such payments must be made no later than five (5) business days prior to the Campaign start date in accordance with Section 3.2, above).
