Common use of Credit Reporting; Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act Clause in Contracts

Credit Reporting; Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. (a) With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the Ser▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ furnish, in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and its implementing regulations, accurate and complete information (e.g., favorable and unfavorable) on the related Mortgagor credit files to Equifax, Experian and TransUnion Credit Information Company (three of the national credit repositories), on a monthly basis. (b) The Servicer shall comply with all provisions of the Privacy Laws relating to the Mortgage Loans, the related borrowers and any "nonpublic personal information" (as defined in the Privacy Laws) received by the Servicer incidental to the performance of its obligations under this Agreement, including, maintaining adequate information security procedures to protect such nonpublic personal information and providing all privacy notices required by the Privacy Laws.
