Common use of Credit Request Clause in Contracts

Credit Request. The Administrative Agent shall have received a Borrowing Request or Issuance Request, as the case may be, for such Revolving Credit Extension. Each of the delivery of a Borrowing Request or an Issuance Request and the acceptance by the applicable Revolving Credit Borrower of the proceeds of the Borrowing or the issuance of the Revolving Credit Letter of Credit, as applicable, shall constitute a representation and warranty by each Revolving Credit Borrower that on the date of such Borrowing (both immediately before and after giving effect to such Borrowing and the application of the proceeds thereof) or the issuance of the Revolving Credit Letter of Credit, as applicable, the statements made in Section 6.2.1 are true and correct.
