Common use of Credit Request Clause in Contracts

Credit Request. To receive Service Credits, you will need to submit a claim by submitting a case to our Support, including the report on how Your service or processes was affected by the downtime of Our Services. To be eligible, the credit request must be received by Us within ten (10) business days after which the incident occurred. In order to be entitled to a Service Credit, respective claims must be made within ten (10) business days after the alleged service interruption or non-Availability. Such requests must be made in good faith and include details about the respective time and duration of the service interruption and how it affected You.
