Common use of Credit Unions Clause in Contracts

Credit Unions. The Company agrees to deduct from the earnings each employee who submits a voluntary check-off authori- zation such amount as the employee has authorized to be transmitted on his behalf to the Credit Union. The monies so deducted shall be transmitted to the Credit Union to- gether with the list showing the names of the employees for whom the deductions were made.
