Creditable Service. For the purpose of providing creditable service reporting to the State Teachers Retirement System (STRS) as defined in Education Code Section 22138.5, the following establishes the District service standards for a year of service credit: 9.16.5.1 1, 050 hours per year for non-instructional faculty including but not limited to counselors, librarians and health center nurses
