Crediting of Deferrals. (a) The Administrator shall establish a book entry account (“Plan Year Account”) consisting of one or more Plan Year Subaccounts, to which will be credited an amount equal to the Participant’s Deferrals of Compensation from each respective Participating Fund under this Plan with respect to such Plan Year. The requirement to maintain separate Plan Year Subaccounts shall be deemed satisfied if the Administrator maintains (i) separate Plan Year Accounts and (ii) adequate records to enable the portions of each Plan Year Account attributable to the respective Plan Year Subaccounts to be calculated at any time. (b) Any Compensation from a Participating Fund for a Plan Year earned by a Participant which he has elected to defer pursuant to the Plan will be credited to the corresponding Plan Year Subaccount on the date such Compensation otherwise would have been payable to such Participant. (c) The obligations to pay the amounts in a Participant’s Plan Year Subaccounts associated with a Participating Fund shall be the sole obligation of that Participating Fund. (d) Plan Year Subaccounts shall be debited to reflect any distributions from such subaccounts. Such debits shall be allocated to the Plan Year Subaccount as of the date such distributions are made.
Crediting of Deferrals. The amount of deferrals pursuant to subsections 4.1 and 4.2 shall be credited to the Participant’s Accounts as of a date determined to be administratively feasible by the Administrator.
Crediting of Deferrals. The amount of deferrals pursuant to subsections 4.1 and 4.2 shall be credited to the Participant’s Accounts as of a date not later than 15 business days after the date on which the amount (but for the deferral) otherwise would have been paid to the Participant, or such later date as determined to be administratively feasible by the Plan Administrator.

Crediting of Deferrals. Beginning January 1 of each Plan Year, a Participant’s Elected Deferred Compensation which consists of deferred base salary shall be credited to the Participant’s Accounts within three (3) business days after the date on which the corresponding nondeferred portion of the Participant’s base salary is paid or would have been paid but for the Deferral Election. Beginning January 1 of each Plan Year, a Participant’s Elected Deferred Compensation which consists of deferred bonus shall be credited to the Participant’s Accounts within three (3) business days after the date on which the bonus is paid or would have been paid but for the Deferral Election.
Crediting of Deferrals. The amount by which the Participant’s Compensation is reduced, including any catch-up contributions, shall be that Participant’s Elective Deferral and shall be contributed to the Plan by the Employer and allocated to the Participant’s Elective Deferral Account. The Plan Administrator may establish rules and procedures to facilitate the administration of Elective Deferrals, including but not limited to rules regarding minimum and/or maximum amounts of Elective Deferrals and a default investment fund for small amounts of Elective Deferrals.

Related to Crediting of Deferrals

  • Deferrals If permitted by the Company, the Participant may elect, subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan and any other applicable written plan or procedure adopted by the Company from time to time for purposes of such election, to defer the distribution of all or any portion of the shares of Common Stock that would otherwise be distributed to the Participant hereunder (the “Deferred Shares”), consistent with the requirements of Section 409A of the Code. Upon the vesting of RSUs that have been so deferred, the applicable number of Deferred Shares shall be credited to a bookkeeping account established on the Participant’s behalf (the “Account”). Subject to Section 5 hereof, the number of shares of Common Stock equal to the number of Deferred Shares credited to the Participant’s Account shall be distributed to the Participant in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Plan and the other applicable written plans or procedures of the Company, consistent with the requirements of Section 409A of the Code.

  • Deferral Account Crediting. The Company shall establish a Deferral Account on its books for the Director, and shall credit to the Deferral Account the following amounts:

  • Crediting of Deposits Deposits made after the deposit cutoff time and deposits made on either holidays or days that are not our business days will be credited to your account on the next business day.

  • Matching Contributions The Employer will make matching contributions in accordance with the formula(s) elected in Part II of this Adoption Agreement Section 3.01.

  • Deferral Election A Participant may elect to defer all or a specified percentage of the Compensation earned in a Plan Year by such Participant for serving as a member of the Board of any Participating Fund or as a member of any committee or subcommittee thereof. Reimbursement of expenses of attending meetings of the Board, committees of the Board or subcommittees of such committees may not be deferred. Such election shall be made by executing before the first day of such Plan Year such election notice as the Administrator may prescribe; provided, however, that upon first becoming eligible to participate in the Plan by reason of appointment to a Board, a Participant may file a Deferral Election not later than 30 days after the effective date of such appointment, which election shall apply to Compensation earned in the portion of the Plan Year commencing the day after such election is filed and ending on the last day of such Plan Year.
