Common use of Crediting Clause in Contracts

Crediting. It is agreed that the Artist will be credited as follows, [and in the following specified order, e.g. after the Director, before the cast, etc.]: The Artist will be credited in programmes, online listings, websites and media releases, together with print advertising whenever possible. The Artist hereby consents to the use by the Employer of their name, image and biographical material to promote the Production.
