Common use of CREDITOR CLAIMS Clause in Contracts

CREDITOR CLAIMS. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, no right or benefit under this Contract shall be subject to claims of creditors, except as may be provided by an Assignment. DISCHARGE OF LIABILITY. We shall be discharged from all liability to the extent of any withdrawal, surrender or death benefit paid.
