Creditors and Other Third Parties. These Bylaws are intended to create enforceable rights between the parties hereto only, and creates no rights in, or obligations to any other Persons whatsoever. None of the provisions of these Bylaws are for the benefit of or enforceable by any creditors of the Company or by other third parties.
