Common use of Creditors and Other Third Parties Clause in Contracts

Creditors and Other Third Parties. None of the provisions of this Agreement shall be for the benefit of, or enforceable, by any Company creditors or any other third parties, except that the Managers, the Covered Persons, the Indemnified Persons and the Related Parties of a Unitholder or a Manager (to the extent they have rights set forth in this Agreement) shall have the rights expressly granted to them in this Agreement.
