Common use of Criminal Code Clause in Contracts

Criminal Code. 15.4.1 The Research Provider acknowledges that the giving of false or misleading information to the Centre may be deemed to be the giving of false or misleading information to the Commonwealth, which is a serious offence under section 137.1 of the Division 137 of the Criminal Code Act 1995 (Cth). 15.4.2 The Research Provider must ensure that its officers, employees, agents and subcontractors engaged in connection with the Project or this Agreement are aware of the information contained in this clause.
