Critical Error. Licensee is unable to use the Licensed Product(s) because of suspected or actual Errors in the Licensed Product(s). Artisan Components will respond to Critical Errors by assigning a technician to investigate the Error within eight (8) business hours from the time the Licensee reports the Error. Artisan Components will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide a Workaround or an Update to fix Critical Errors as soon as practical.
