Common use of Critical Path Analysis Clause in Contracts

Critical Path Analysis. During the period Provider is providing Transition Services, Provider shall maintain a “critical path analysis” for the particular Transition project that will indicate the impact on the Transition project time schedule and Transition milestones based upon any occurrences of acts, omissions or breaches by Provider, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or third parties. Provider’s critical path analysis shall be provided to and reviewed with ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ SOW Manager on at least a weekly basis and shall be presented to the Transition Management Committee (or if there is no Transition Management Committee, then the Steering Committee) or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ representative at each meeting during the particular Transition.
