Common use of Cross-Class Selling Clause in Contracts

Cross-Class Selling. CLEC shall not resell to one class of customers a service that is offered by CenturyTel only to a particular class of customers to classes of customers that are not eligible to subscribe to such services from CenturyTel (e.g., R-1 to B-1, disabled services or lifeline services to non-qualifying customers).
