Common use of Cross-Collateralization Clause in Contracts

Cross-Collateralization. No Mortgage Loan is cross-collateralized with any loan which is outside the Mortgage Pool. With respect to any Crossed Loan Group, the sum of the amounts of the respective Mortgages recorded on the related Mortgaged Properties with respect to such Mortgage Loans is at least equal to the total amount of such Mortgage Loans.

Cross-Collateralization. No Mortgage Loan is cross-collateralized with ----------------------- any loan which is outside the Mortgage Pool. With respect to any Crossed Loan Groupgroup of cross-collateralized Mortgage Loans, the sum of the amounts of the respective Mortgages recorded upon which recording taxes and fees were paid in an amount sufficient to allow the mortgagee to realize on the related Mortgaged Properties with respect to such Mortgage Loans is in an amount at least equal to the total amount original principal balance of such Mortgage LoansLoan.

Cross-Collateralization. Except in the case of the Rite Aid Mortgage Loans, No Mortgage Loan is cross-collateralized with any loan which is outside the Mortgage Pool. With respect to any Crossed Loan Groupgroup of cross-collateralized Mortgage Loans, the sum of the amounts of the respective Mortgages recorded on the related Mortgaged Properties with respect to such Mortgage Loans is at least equal to the total amount of such Mortgage Loans.
