CROSS-PROMOTION - CONSUMER VERSIONS. Within the Consumer Versions, ICP shall include (collectively, the "AOL Promos"), at AOL's discretion, either (i) a prominent "Try AOL" or "Try CompuServe" feature (at least 90 x 30 pixels or 70 x 70 pixels in size), with placement on the standard/personalized home page (i.e. the first screen if no splash screen) at ICP's reasonable discretion, through which users can obtain promotional information about AOL products or services designated by AOL and, at AOL's option, download or order the then-current version of client software for such AOL products or services; or (ii) a prominent promotional button (at least 90 x 30 pixels or 70 x 70 pixels in size), with placement of the button at ICP's reasonable discretion, on the standard/personalized home page of the Consumer Versions, to promote such AOL products or services as AOL may designate (for example, the America Online brand service, the CompuServe brand service, the AOL.▇▇▇ ▇▇▇e, the Digital City services or the AOL Instant Messenger service). AOL shall pay ICP then-standard AOL online bounty rates for qualified new AOL and CompuServe members that are acquired through Try AOL and Try CompuServe buttons. AOL will provide the creative content to be used in the AOL Promos. ICP shall post (or update, as the case may be) the creative content supplied by AOL within the spaces for the AOL Promos within five days of its receipt of such content from AOL. Without limiting any other reporting obligations of the Parties contained herein, ICP shall provide AOL with monthly written reports specifying the number of impressions to the pages containing the AOL Promos during the prior month. In the event that AOL elects to serve the AOL Promos to the Consumer Versions from an ad server controlled by AOL or its agent, ICP shall take all reasonable operational steps necessary to facilitate such ad serving arrangement, including, without limitation, inserting HTML code designated by AOL on the pages of the Consumer Versions on which the AOL Promos will appear. In addition, within any Consumer Versions, ICP shall provide prominent promotion for the relevant AOL Keyword(TM) Search Terms associated with the ICP Internet Site and links from the Consumer Versions to the relevant topic areas on AOL's AOL.▇▇▇ ▇▇▇e on any page/screen on the Consumer Versions where ICP mentions or promotes its partners.

  • MERCURY ADDED CONSUMER PRODUCTS Contractor agrees that it will not sell or distribute fever thermometers containing mercury or any products containing elemental mercury for any purpose under this Contract.

  • PayPal’s Buyer Protection Program When you buy something from a seller who accepts PayPal, you may be eligible for a refund under PayPal’s Buyer Protection program. When applicable, PayPal’s Buyer Protection program entitles you to reimbursement for the full purchase price of the item plus the original shipping costs you paid, if any. PayPal determines, in its sole discretion, whether your claim is eligible for PayPal’s Buyer Protection program. PayPal’s original determination is considered final, but you may be able to file an appeal of the decision with PayPal if you have new or compelling information not available at the time of the original determination or you believe there was an error in the decision-making process. The program terms and conditions are set out in PayPal’s Buyer Protection program page and form part of this user agreement.

  • Procurement of Goods and Services (a) If the HSP is subject to the procurement provisions of the BPSAA, the HSP will abide by all directives and guidelines issued by the Management Board of Cabinet that are applicable to the HSP pursuant to the BPSAA. (b) If the HSP is not subject to the procurement provisions of the BPSAA, the HSP will have a procurement policy in place that requires the acquisition of supplies, equipment or services valued at over $25,000 through a competitive process that ensures the best value for funds expended. If the HSP acquires supplies, equipment or services with the Funding it will do so through a process that is consistent with this policy.

  • Telephone Consumer Protection Act Consent Each Member expressly consents to receiving calls and messages, including auto-dialed and pre-recorded message calls, and SMS messages (including text messages) from the Administrator, its affiliates, agents and others calling at their request or on their behalf, at any telephone numbers that the Member has provided to the Company or Masterworks (including any cellular telephone numbers). Member’s cellular or mobile telephone provider will charge Member according to the type of plan Member carries. Any Member may unsubscribe from receiving text messages or promotional calls at any time by (i) replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT to any text message such Member receives from the Company or Masterworks or (ii) email to s▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇ with one of the forgoing words in the subject line. Each Member acknowledges and consents that following such a request to unsubscribe, such Member may receive one final text message from Masterworks confirming such request.

  • Licensing Schemes and Geographic Scope The following provisions do not apply to the Quintiq Last Mile Edition (5MB-LEQ) nor to Quintiq Last Mile Shipments (for Retail) (5MP-LMQ) nor to Quintiq Last Mile Shipments (for Express) (5MP-LMQ-X) 3DS Offerings.
