Common use of Cross Streets Clause in Contracts

Cross Streets. DB Contractor shall design and construct cross street pavement as shown in the TxDOT Schematic Design and as described below (New Pavement): a) Reconstruction of Sugar Rd (north of I-2) from ▇. ▇▇▇▇ Ave. to the WB Frontage Road (including both intersections). DB Contractor’s design shall include cross street pavement as described below (Rehabilitation Pavement Areas) for which DB Contractor shall design and construct widening, milling, and overlay: a) Widening, milling, and overlay of Sugar Rd (south of I-2) from the EB Frontage Road to ▇. ▇▇▇▇ Ave. (not including the Polk Ave. intersection). Consequently, the General Conditions are amended as follows: (i) underlined text is hereby added to the General Conditions and (ii) stricken text is hereby deleted therefrom. 1.
