Cross Training. The parties recognize the importance of cross-training to ensure that senior employees are properly trained for promotions and relief. Cross-Cross training is based on organizational needs and employee needs. For positions requiring a license, employees must be eligible for the applicable license prior to being considered for cross training. Similarly, for positions not requiring a license, employees must possess the minimum skills for the job into which s/he wishes to be cross-trained.
