CRP Tracks. The Hospital shall participate in at least one CRP Track during each Performance Period. The Hospital shall engage one or more Care Partners to perform Allowable CRP Interventions. Failure to participate in at least one CRP Track during a Performance Period will result in termination of this Agreement.
