Common use of Crunchsoft Obligations Clause in Contracts

Crunchsoft Obligations. During the Term, and subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, Crunchsoft shall perform the Professional Services in accordance with reasonable industry practices; provided, however, such Professional Services shall only be performed on the Hardware and Software described in the Estimate and/or Proposal and/or Quote. If Client breaches any of the provisions contained within Section 3B of this Contract, then Crunchsoft’s performance of the Professional Services will be excused until such time as Client has cured such breach, including making any repairs, at Client’s expense, to the Hardware and Software resulting from such breach.
