The information provided by the Company during the filing procedures in accordance with the Trial Administrative Measures of Overseas Securities Offering and Listing by Domestic Companies released by the CSRC on February 17, 2023 and effective as of March 31, 2023, and its No. 1 to No. 5 Supporting Guidance Rules, the Notes on the Trial Measures, the Notice on Administration Arrangements for the Filing of Overseas Listings by Domestic Companies and the relevant CSRC Answers to Reporter Questions (collectively, the “CSRC Overseas Offering and Listing Rules”) is true and accurate in all material respects and no material fact has been omitted from such disclosure which would make it misleading (the “CSRC Filings”).
