CSUMB. City, without any obligation to take on additional financial obligations, shall assist Developer in coordinating with CSUMB regarding any permits, approvals, easements/licenses, or other agreements from CSUMB needed for the Project, including but not limited to: (a) the FORTAG Trail connection, (b) off-site stormwater detention, (c) stormwater and sewer disconnection, and (d) incidental encroachments.
