Cumulation of Remedies. All remedies available to any party for breach or non-performance of this Agreement are cumulative and not exclusive of any rights, remedies, powers or privileges provided by law, and may be exercised concurrently or separately, and the exercise of any one remedy shall not be deemed an election of such remedy to the exclusion of other remedies.
