Cumulation of Remedies. Secured Party's remedies under this Agreement are cumulative. The exercise of any one or more of the remedies provided in this Agreement will not be construed as waiving any other remedy of Secured Party. Secured Party may exercise any two or more remedies (whether existing under this Agreement, by law, or otherwise) simultaneously or sequentially.
