Common use of Cumulative Effect; Conflict of Terms Clause in Contracts

Cumulative Effect; Conflict of Terms. The provisions of the other Credit Documents are hereby made cumulative with the provisions of this Credit Agreement. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the parties acknowledge that this Credit Agreement and the other Credit Documents may use several different limitations, tests or measurements to regulate the same or similar matters and that such limitations, tests and measures are cumulative and each must be performed, except as may be expressly stated to the contrary in this Credit Agreement. Except as otherwise provided in any of the other Credit Documents by specific reference to the applicable provision of this Credit Agreement, if any provision contained in this Credit Agreement is in direct conflict with, or inconsistent with, any provision in any of the other Credit Documents, the provision contained in this Credit Agreement shall govern and control.
