Common use of Cure of Deficiencies Clause in Contracts

Cure of Deficiencies. Hovione will be responsible for correcting any deficiencies identified in any inspection of the Facilities conducted by any Regulatory Authority from the U.S, the European Union or Japan or by any other Regulatory Authority if the deficiency is a failure to comply under Applicable Law under this Agreement, at the cost of Hovione. In addition, following any audit provided for in Section 8.6, Client will discuss its observations and conclusions with Hovione and any corrective actions will be discussed by the Parties.
