Currency Due. If, notwithstanding the terms of this Agreement or any other Loan Document, Agent receives any payment from or on behalf of Borrowers or any other Person in a currency other than the Currency Due, Agent may convert the payment (including the monetary proceeds of realization upon any Collateral and any funds then held in a cash collateral account) into the Currency Due at exchange rate selected by Agent in the manner contemplated by Section 6.2(b) and Borrowers shall jointly and severally reimburse Agent on demand for all reasonable costs they incur with respect thereto. To the extent permitted by law, the obligation shall be satisfied only to the extent of the amount actually received by Agent upon such conversion.
