Currency for payments. Where the Invoicing Currency under this CPA including any of its Schedules differs from the currency associated with any given Cloud Provider Account, the Broker shall convert the amounts payable by the Customer into the Invoicing Currency by applying the relevant exchange rate published by an independent third party chosen by the Broker, acting reasonably, at the time it prepares the invoice. If there is a material adverse change in the exchange rate between the date the invoice is issued and the date of payment, then the Broker may include an additional amount in the next invoice to reflect such change.
