Currency of Denomination. The aforementioned Transfer Price shall be denominated in RMB. If the Transfer Price is paid in the United States dollar, the exchange rate shall be the rate of Renminbi against United States dollar as announced by the People’s Bank of China on the date upon which True Excel Holdings has settled the Transfer Price, and the equivalent amounts in the United States dollar payable by True Excel Holdings to ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ Jiu shall be so determined.
