Common use of Current Accounts Clause in Contracts

Current Accounts. To this date, the only current bank accounts for the Companies are those indicated in Appendix 4.01.16 whose balances reported by the respective banks as of June 30, 2017, at the hour indicated from each one, are included in said Appendix, along with a reconciliation of these balances with outstanding checks written against the accounts.
