Current Employee. To complete a change in a unit member's duties, a revised job duty statement shall be developed by the supervisor with input from the Unit member at the time of the Unit member's assignment to the new duties. A change is defined as a modification of the scope of the Unit members' assignment, such as supervision of new departments or programmatic areas. When a Unit member receives a revised job duty statement, appropriate training will be provided, if needed.
