Common use of Current Expense Clause in Contracts

Current Expense. City’s obligations hereunder constitute a current expense that is payable exclusively from Legally Available Funds and shall not be construed to be debt, liability or obligation within the meaning of any applicable constitutional or statutory limitation or requirement. The City nor any political subdivision of City thereof has pledged any of its full faith and credit or its taxing power to make any payments under this Agreement.
