Current Operating Areas. Where log- ging or road construction is in progress but not com- pleted, unless agreed otherwise, Purchaser shall, before operations cease annually, remove all temporary log cul- verts and construct temporary cross drains, drainage ditches, dips, berms, culverts, or other facilities needed to control erosion.
