Common use of Current Proceedings Clause in Contracts

Current Proceedings. No member of the Group, nor any other member of the Retained Group in relation to the business carried on by the Group or any of the Group’s assets, is involved whether as claimant or defendant or other party in any dispute, claim, legal action, proceeding, suit, litigation, prosecution, investigation, enquiry or arbitration (other than as claimant in the collection of debts arising in the ordinary course of its business) which claim exceeds US$250,000.
