Current Reservoir and River Operations in the Truckee River Basin. The Truckee River is a highly regulated river system. Dams at the outlet of Lake Tahoe and on several major tributaries in the Truckee River basin (location map) create reservoirs that together can store about a million acre-feet of water. As described previously, a number of court decrees, agreements, and regulations govern day-to-day operations of these reservoirs, administered by the Federal Water Master for the ▇▇▇ Ditch Court. The reservoirs are operated to capture runoff as available when flow in the river is greater than that needed to serve downstream water rights in Nevada and to maintain prescribed streamflows, known as Floriston Rates, in the Truckee River measured at the Farad gauge near the California- Nevada State line. Floriston Rates provide water to serve hydroelectric power generation, M&I use in Truckee ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, streamflow, and agricultural water rights. In general, reservoir releases are made as necessary to meet dam safety or flood control requirements and to serve water rights when unregulated flow18 cannot be diverted to serve those rights. 18 For purposes of this document, unregulated flow in a stream means all water that: (1) is runoff downstream from a reservoir; (2) was spilled from a reservoir; (3) was passed through a reservoir without being stored; (4) was released from a reservoir after being temporarily stored for the purpose of flood control; or

  • Mineral Reserves and Resources The estimated proven and probable mineral reserves and estimated indicated, measured and inferred mineral resources disclosed in the SSR Public Disclosure Record have been prepared and disclosed in all material respects in accordance with all applicable Laws.   • Developer Operating Requirements The Developer must comply with the Transmission Owner’s operating instructions and requirements including but not limited to Transmission Owner’s Operation Coordination Agreement, as it may change from time to time. The Developer must comply with all applicable NYISO tariffs and procedures, as amended from time to time. Whether or not the Large Generating Facility is eligible for the Transition Period LVRT Standard set forth in Appendix G will be determined by the Commission. The Large Generating Facility will comply with the Transition Period LVRT Standard pending issuance of an order by the Commission determining the appropriate LVRT standard. For purposes of compliance with Appendix G, the Transmission Owner has determined that the Developer shall maintain the Large Generating Facility in service during a three-phase fault for 7 cycles.
