Common use of Current Subprocessors Clause in Contracts

Current Subprocessors. Vendor shall make available to Company the current list of Subprocessors for the Services, including the identities of those Subprocessors and their country of location in Annex 3. Vendor may continue to use those Subprocessors already engaged by Vendor as at the date of this DPA, subject to Vendor in each case as soon as practicable meeting the obligations set out in this Clause 4.
