The Curtailment of Operations clause allows a party, typically the operator or service provider, to temporarily reduce or suspend certain activities or services under specified conditions. To the Knowledge of Money Point and the Shareholders, no material customer of or supplier to the Business is involved in, or affected by, any dispute, arbitration, lawsuit, or administrative proceedings which might have a Material Adverse Effect on the Business.
