Common use of CUSIP and CINS Numbers Clause in Contracts

CUSIP and CINS Numbers. The Company in issuing the Securities may use "CUSIP" and "CINS" numbers (if then generally in use), and the Trustee shall use CUSIP numbers and CINS numbers, as the case may be, in notices of redemption or exchange as a convenience to Holders; provided that any such notice shall state that no representation is made as to the correctness of such numbers either as printed on the Securities or as contained in any notice of redemption or exchange and that reliance may be placed only on the other identification numbers printed on the Securities, and any such redemption or exchange shall not be affected by any defect or omission of such numbers. The Company shall promptly notify the Trustee of any change in the CUSIP number or CINS number, as the case may be.
