Common use of CUSIP Number Clause in Contracts

CUSIP Number. The Issuers in issuing the Notes may use a "CUSIP" number, and if so, such CUSIP number shall be included in notices of redemption or exchange as a convenience to Holders; provided that any such notice may state that no representation is made as to the correctness or accuracy of the CUSIP number printed in the notice or on the Notes, and that reliance may be placed only on the other identification numbers printed on the Notes. The Issuers shall promptly notify the Trustee of any such CUSIP number used by the Issuers in connection with the issuance of the Notes and of any change in the CUSIP number.
