Common use of CUSIP Number Clause in Contracts

CUSIP Number. The Company in issuing the Senior Notes may use a "CUSIP" number (or numbers), and if so, the Trustee may use the CUSIP number(s) in notices of redemption or exchange as a convenience to Holders, provided that any such notice may state that no representation is made as to the correctness or accuracy of the CUSIP number(s) printed in the notice or on the Senior Notes, and that reliance may be placed only on the other identification numbers printed on the Senior Notes. The Company will promptly notify in writing the Trustee of any such CUSIP number used by the Company in connection with the Senior Notes and any change in such CUSIP number.
