CUSIP Numbers or ISINs Sample Clauses

The CUSIP Numbers or ISINs clause identifies the specific securities involved in a transaction by referencing their unique identification codes, such as CUSIP (Committee on Uniform Securities Identification Procedures) numbers or ISINs (International Securities Identification Numbers). In practice, this clause ensures that all parties are clear about which financial instruments are being discussed or transferred, reducing the risk of confusion or error. By specifying these codes, the clause provides certainty and precision in the documentation, helping to prevent disputes over the identity of the securities covered by the agreement.
