Common use of CUSIP Numbers Clause in Contracts

The Company in issuing the Notes may use “CUSIP” CUSIP numbers (if then generally in use), and, if so, and the Trustee shall use “CUSIP” numbers the same in all notices issued to Holders of redemption or exchange as a convenience to such Holders; provided that any such notice may shall state that no representation is made as to the correctness of such numbers either as printed on the Notes or on as contained in any such notice and that reliance may be placed only on the other identification numbers printed on the Notes, and any such redemption shall not be affected by any defect in or omission of such numbers. The Company shall promptly notify the Trustee in writing of any change in the “CUSIP” CUSIP numbers.
